Delivery is normally within 10 working days of placing your order, subject to stock.
Most deliveries outside United Kingdom do, in fact, arrive after 7 working days (if ordered before 12 noon). All deliveries are subject to payment authorisation and the following additional delivery charges:

** In Non Eu Countries you are required to pay a Customs surcharge in UK of £25 in addition to our delivery charge of £25. (This Customs surcharge goes to UK Customs and is not retained by PedalCar.org.uk)
You may be required to pay local VAT or local Import Tax, this will be charged in your local currency and again is ouside the control of PedalCar.org.uk. If the goods are returned because the local tax is unpaid, PedalCar.org.uk will deduct shipping and return carriage costs of at least £50 from any refund that may be due.
If you are in any doubt concerning local VAT or local Import Tax, please consult your own Countries Taxation Rules, before placing an order.
Placing Your Order

We will then agree a delivery charge with you. Once you place your telephone order with us we will notify you by e-mail (or by phone if we have not received a response within 24 hours), to confirm the exact delivery date.
We are not able to guarantee an exact time within a given day, so in the event that you want your product left at an alternate address please notify us when you place your order or soon after. Click here to e-mail us.
If an item is temporarily out of stock and despatch is anticipated to be greater than 7 days, PedalCar.org.uk will contact you by e-mail or telephone to arrange a new delivery date.
If this is not satisfactory to you, we will offer you a full refund.
Under our 7 day money back guarantee, if for any reason you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, PedalCar.org.uk will give you a full refund provided that goods are returned to us in the condition sent, by (Special delivery in your own Country - at YOUR expense ), within 7 days of you having received them.
Pedal Cars will be shipped directly from our warehouse and any returns must be sent back to that address (at YOUR expense ).
At PedalCar.org.uk we pride ourselves on the quality of our products. Any products that are found to have defects are sent back to the manufacturer. All pedal car products are packaged with heavy duty polystyrene within heavy duty cardboard boxes to protect the delivery in transit.
