Delivery is guaranteed within 3 working days of placing your order, subject to stock.

Most deliveries in the UK do, in fact, arrive after 2 days (if ordered before 12 noon). All deliveries are subject to payment authorisation.

Once you place your order with us we will notify you by e-mail (or by phone if we have not received a response within 24 hours), to confirm the exact delivery date. We are not able to guarantee an exact time within a given day, so in the event that you want your product left with a neighbour please notify us when you place your order or soon after. If an item is temporarily out of stock and despatch is anticipated to be greater than 7 days, PedalCar.org.uk will contact you by e-mail or telephone to arrange a new delivery date.

If this is not satisfactory to you, we will offer you a full refund.

Under our 7 day money back guarantee, if for any reason you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, PedalCar.org.uk will give you a full refund provided that goods are returned to us in the condition sent, by (Royal Mail Special delivery - at YOUR expense )), within 7 days of you having received them.

Pedal Cars are shipped directly from our warehouse and any returns must be sent back to that address (at YOUR expense ).
At PedalCar.org.uk we pride ourselves on the quality of our products. Any products that are found to have defects are sent back to the manufacturer. All pedal car products are packaged with heavy duty polystyrene within heavy duty cardboard boxes to protect the delivery in transit.
